Summer is here (for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere anyways), and the warm weather is a perfect fit for the current crop of Caribbean infused Pop music. Pop has long “borrowed” from genres like Dancehall, Soca, & Reggaeton, and many Caribbean artists have likewise adapted their sound to appeal to the international market.
